The Rolls-Royce Dawn was a pretty enough car. It was a younger take on what was once a car for retired playboys. The convertible has managed to enamor both car aficionados and trust-fund babies alike. Such a beautiful car can’t possibly be improved further, right? SPOFEC begs to differ.
Rolls-Royce Dawn | Overdosed But Kicking
1. Rolls-Royce Dawn Overdose
SPOFEC is calling their overhaul of the Dawn as the “Overdose” treatment, and with good reason. Everything from the body, the engine, the wheels, and even the interior was given the Overdose treatment. While Rolls-Royce did have an official aftermarket tuning program, SPOFEC decided it was all too basic. Hence, we have this limited-edition and drop-dead sexy modification today.
2. Wider Body
The mad geniuses of SPOFEC decided to give an already excellent car an upgrade starting with the body. Apparently, the Rolls-Royce Dawn body wasn’t full enough, so they made it more prominent. They also replaced it with carbon fiber materials. This shaves off precious pounds from the car, making it lighter and faster.
3. V12 Upgrade
The twin-turbo V12 resting in the Rolls-Royce Dawn wasn’t enough for SPOFEC. They took one look at the engine and said, “You know, this is underpowered.” With love and care, the group managed to coax a bit more out of the engine.
The 6.6L V12 in the Rolls-Royce Dawn Overdose is capable of pushing 686HP. Translated, this means the Overdosed Dawn will take you from 0 to 100 in less than 5 seconds. Even at this speed, the Dawn remains street legal due to its speed limiter, topping off at 280km/h. Sad, we know.
4. Bigger Wheels
SPOFEC looked upon their creation and said, “this needs bigger wheels,” and it was so. The Overdosed Dawn comes with 22-inch mags of a lighter alloy than the stock. This gives the car excellent grip on most roads.
Additionally, ceramic breaks were fitted to achieve a lighter and better braking experience. On top of that, SPOFEC also updated the stock Rolls-Royce suspension, as if it needed any more tuning.
5. Exclusive and Rare

A car like this deserves to be made with care, which is why there will only be 8 Overdosed Dawns, ever. In true Rolls-Royce fashion, the Overdosed Dawn will be fitted according to the buyer’s specifications.
This includes the height of the pedals, the seats, the position of the steering wheel, and any other quirks a buyer might have. With all this customization, don’t expect to see this car up for rental anytime soon.

It’s expensive, it’s flashy, and it’s gorgeous. The Rolls-Royce Dawn Overdose is a feat of aftermarket engineering that is nothing to sniff at. The exclusivity the Rolls-Royce line already has is made even better by SPOFEC. And since there’s only 8 of them, there’s very little chance you’ll find this car in your garage anytime soon. Unless, of course, you already have one!
