Cristiano Ronaldo expanded his collection of exotic cars with a new Rs16 crore Bugatti Chiron. The reason why this is making headlines is because the Bugatti Chiron may be the fastest production car in the world. It can go from 0-100 in 2.6 seconds, then accelerate to a breakneck speed of 300 km/h in 6.5 seconds. If you want this hot rod, you have to shell out £1.85 million, or $2.4 million. The Bugatti Chiron: Fastest Production Car in the World
Cristiano Ronaldo has just added another super-elite car to his already elite garage, with the Bugatti Chiron. And if you’re wondering what on earth that is, it’s possibly one of the most exotic cars in production today. It is also, for the most part, the fastest production car in the world with physics-bending acceleration and top speeds and is mostly made of aerospace grade materials. All that results in a car that can get from 0-100 in 2.6 seconds and then onto 300 in 6.5 seconds. That’s about the time an Octavia RS takes to hit a hundred. In fact, the 15000 hp Chiron broke the record after it hit the 400 km mark in a mind-boggling 32.5 seconds.
This powerful car can accelerate to speeds like nothing before. Juan Pablo Montoya, world-class racer and winner of the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix, set an unbelievable speed record with the Bugatti Chiron. He went from 0-400 km/h, then back to 0 again in 42 seconds. What’s more is that you only need a distance of 3.112 km to reach that speed. With acceleration that extreme, it’s surprising he didn’t go back in time!

If the Bugatti Chiron wasn’t enough for you, then these other exotic cars from Ronaldo’s collection will make you absolutely green with envy! The Bugatti Veyron used to be the king of speed before the Chiron. The Veyron’s top speed clocks in at 343 km/h. Next on the list is a Rolls Royce Phantom. Not everyone can own one of these bad boys. Not only are they expensive, but they’re also exclusive, as you need to be invited by the company to buy one of their cars. After that we have the Maserati GranCabrio. Its compact yet lightweight 4.7-litre V8 engine lets it reach speeds of 290 km/h. Finally, what sports car collection would be complete without a Ferrari? The Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano can reach 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds and can go as fast as 335 km/h.
The Fastest Car for One of the Greatest Athletes
Both Cristiano Ronaldo and the Chiron hold world records. Both are at the pinnacle of their game. With its incredible speed and cool style, the Bugatti Chiron is perfect for the world’s greatest soccer star.
